Cancellation and refund policy
This policy summarizes how payments, class cancellations, credits, and refund requests work.
Updated: May 18, 2026
Payments
Payments are processed with Stripe. The price in Mexican pesos, applicable taxes, billing cycle, and payment method details are confirmed before purchase completion.
If a payment fails, your membership may become past due or pending until the payment method is updated.
Class cancellations
Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. If you cancel within this window, you may make up the class only on the same day, in another time slot and subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance, as well as no-shows without prior notice, count as lost classes and cannot be made up.
After 5 no-shows without prior cancellation during the membership term, LIFT reserves the right to permanently cancel the membership without a refund.
Refunds
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we do not offer refunds once the billing cycle has started or a credit has been used.
If there was a duplicate charge, technical error, or extraordinary situation, we will review the case through support. To review your request we need the account email, charge date, amount, and available receipt.
Cancel membership
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal when you have an active membership. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but does not necessarily refund periods already started.
Special cases
We may make exceptions for injuries, emergencies, or operational errors. Email hello{'@'}liftclub.social with the details of your case.
