Service

LIFT is a boutique strength training studio for women. The PWA lets you create an account, review plans, book classes, manage your membership, and use a digital check-in pass.

Schedules, coaches, capacity, locations, and benefits may change to support studio operations.

Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your access secure. Some features require a verified email and an active membership.

If you are under age, you need authorization from a parent or legal guardian before training or buying a membership.

Payments and memberships

Payments are processed securely with Stripe. LIFT does not store full card numbers or security codes.

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos. The price, applicable taxes, billing cycle, and final terms are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment confirmation. Memberships may renew automatically until cancelled.

If you need a Mexican CFDI invoice, request it through support with your tax details: RFC, legal name, fiscal postal code, tax regime, CFDI use, and email. The Stripe receipt does not replace a CFDI invoice.

Bookings, cancellations, and no-shows

Classes are subject to capacity. A confirmed booking reserves your spot and may use one credit depending on your plan.

You can cancel without penalty until the window shown in the app. Late cancellations or no-shows may cause you to lose the class credit.

Health and safety

Physical training involves effort and risk. You must train within your ability, disclose relevant injuries or conditions, and follow coach instructions.

LIFT does not replace medical care, clinical nutrition care, or professional diagnosis. Consult a health professional if you have questions before training.

Conduct

We expect respect, punctuality, care for equipment, and responsible use of the studio. We may deny access or cancel an account for unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent conduct.

Service changes

We may update these terms, prices, plans, or policies. When a change is material, we will try to communicate it through the app, email, or website.
